Cabbage – Just in time for coleslaw on 4th of July weekend!
Beets – Remove the bulbs from the greens before storing in refrigerator.
and Beet Greens (cook as Swiss Chard)
Radishes – Remove greens from bulb before storing.
Peas – Sweet and tasty.
Broccoli – Soak in a bowl of salt water to dislodge any bugs.
Garlic Scapes – Use generously, mild flavor.

Dill – Store in a glass with a little water in the fridge. Dry what you can’t use.
